I was invited by director and actor Timo Jacobs to photograph the set of his latest feature film, which is a raw story about the effects of child abuse. The German title roughly translates to „Death of My Youth“. The film was shot in August 2024 around Berlin. It brought together a great cast, with well-known actors alongside some up-and-coming talent.

My job was to document the intensity of the scenes as well as the quieter moments behind the camera—the off-screen connections and interactions.
