In 2023, I had the opportunity to shoot for Motel Works BMX from Japan, capturing images for their print catalog. We started in Saitama, just outside Tokyo, where I got to photograph Kotaro Tanaka and his family, which was a great way to capture BMX’s diversity in one shoot. We wrapped up with some shots around Shibaura and Kaigan in Tokyo, featuring Koh Yoshida, who brought his own style to the mix.
