Menschlabor Design Studio has been working with Mankind Bike for a long time. The company asked me to take some photos of Wilhelm Kittler, the newest member of the Mankind BMX Team. To make sure we could focus on the shoot and not have to look for the right spots, we chose Mellow Park, just outside Berlin. It’s a bit like Camp Woodward, but on a smaller scale and still big enough. It was originally set up by Berlin BMX riders. The location let us easily switch between different skate and BMX park setups.
