I was invited by director and actor Timo Jacobs to photograph the set of his latest feature film, which is a powerful and raw story about the effects of child abuse. The German title roughly translates to „Death of My Youth“. The film was shot in August 2024 around Berlin. It brought together a great cast, with well-known actors alongside some up-and-coming talent.

My job was to document the intensity of the scenes as well as the quieter moments behind the camera—the off-screen connections and interactions.
